Excellent product; excellent service! And I lost 17 lbs so far ...

I received Top Notch customer service issue resolution! I had an issue with my shipment and it was taken care of immediately! I felt that the customer service representative went above and beyond! I am so pleased that I have decided that I will probably never cancel my subscription with sun basket! I feel safe and comfortable and I know that they have my back!

Good organic ingredients, meal kits packed with recipe cards for easy storage and organization. If there is a problem, it can be handled through the app and you get a quick response and prompt resolution

I look forward to our Sunbasket delivery each week. We have had many delicious meals. My main issue is that I'd like to see the weekly choices better tailored to my specific dietary needs and the choices I've made previously. Overall, the experience has been outstanding on most meals.

I like how quickly it arrived and the option of some microwavable meals as well as the traditional option. Usually with services like this you have only 1 option of cooking everything. I 've seen other services like Factor that do microwave too but theirs are pricier ands not as filling.
The menu wasn't really for me and it's still cheaper for me to go shopping myself so I only did it for about 4 meals. They sent a delicious snack bar but it was 3 servings in 1 package so I could have eaten it all without knowing how much I was really eating. If you don't care for meal planning and hate grocery shopping this might be worth your time.

I have tried other deliveries and Sunbasket is topping my list. 4 months in I've been very satisfied with the food and the customer service. Lots of flavors and variety for every palate, culture, or diet regimen. Quick microwave meals or quick put together yourself meals. Also special chef's table selections. Choose the protein you want for the meals. Also the market is full of great snack, breakfast, lunch, and protein extra options. Love the organic options and also the reusable and biodegradable packaging. The pricing is reasonable and I'm wasting less. Bonus that the app is easy to navigate, easy to skip a week, and customer service is prompt through email with no hassle. Definitely recommend!

Sun Basket has been life changing for our family. We love our meals, actually enjoy our sun basket meals more than dining out - especially the chef’s special meals. We cook differently now even when we’re not preparing sun basket and we’ve saved money. The bonus is we are healthier and we have way more variety in our diet!

Sunbasket is a Godsend! Following a stroke two years ago, I haven't been able to cook as quickly and expertly as I once did. Having Sunbasket helps so much because I can order "Fresh and Ready" meals to get me through the work week and also order one or two meal "speedy" meal kits, which have fewer steps, to allow me to begin cooking again. I enjoy 95% of the meals and believe that the service is worth every penny!
